1. Information We Collect

To provide our collaborative visual engineering service, we collect the following limited information:

Account Information: Email address for account creation, login, and service notifications.
Project Data: We store the workflows, logic nodes, and architecture blueprints you create to make the app function.
Usage Data: We track basic usage patterns to improve the platform experience.

2. Analytics & Third-Party Services

We use third-party tools to help us improve our service and understand how it is used:

Google Analytics 4 (GA4): To analyze traffic sources and general usage patterns.
PostHog / Microsoft Clarity: To identify and fix UX issues through anonymized session patterns.

3. AI Features and Connected AI Apps

DraftyLab AI: When you use the AI assistant, AI documents or board review, the content of your board, and any files you attach to the AI chat, is sent to the AI provider that runs the request (Google Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic) to produce the answer.
Your own AI key: If you add your own AI key, those requests go to that provider under your own account with them.
Connected AI apps: If you connect an AI app such as Claude or ChatGPT in Profile → Connections, that app can read and change the boards you have access to, on your behalf. What the app does with that content is governed by its provider's privacy policy. You can disconnect an app at any time.

4. Data Security

DraftyLab is built with professional-grade security in mind. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure that your private project data is only accessible to you and your authorized collaborators.

5. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
To manage your account and authentication securely.
To communicate regarding critical security alerts or support requests.

6. Payments

DraftyLab uses secure third-party processors. Billing information is handled strictly by our Merchant of Record (Paddle.com), and we never store your full credit card details on our servers.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data only as long as your account is active. You have the right to request full deletion of your account and all associated project data at any time via the dashboard or by contacting support.
